Salary:30000 to 50000 EGP Per Month, Transportation fee

Ensuring coordination between the units under his/her control within the factory, supervising the activities and reporting to the upper management.
To increase the efficiency of processes in the factory, to ensure standardization, to monitor continuity in the processes that are put into operation,
Leading all relevant improvement efforts to increase production efficiency
Leading the development and improvement efforts in operational processes to reduce waste rates and increase customer satisfaction,
To ensure that factory targets are achieved in the specified quality, on time and in the desired quantity, at the lowest cost, in accordance with company policies.
 To take relevant actions regarding the daily production and shipment program,
 Making short and long term capacity planning
To determine the performance criteria of the personnel by following the factory production performance indicators, to follow them in accordance with the performance system, to be responsible for the achievement of the targets, to report to the upper management,
To manage the general order and operation of the factory, production and planning processes,
 To achieve production targets in the specified quality, time and quantity,
To work on the healthy operation and development of production lines,
Coordinating with the maintenance team to ensure that downtimes remain at a minimum level

Very well in both writing and speaking english
Preferably Graduated from Engineering faculty
At least 10 years of experience in production and at least 5 years of experience in factory management
Mastering production, planning, quality, maintenance and execution of all processes,
Compatible with flexible working hours
Dynamic, responsible, solution-oriented and teamwork skills
Able to ensure team management and motivation,
Demonstrate verbal and written communication skills to make reports and presentations,
Able to think analytically,
Having basic computer usage knowledge,
Able to manage work and time
